Job Summary:
The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures that financial resources are managed effectively and transparently, supporting the organization’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor expenditures and ensure they are in line with approved budgets.

Process payments, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely manner.

Manage payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions and regulations.

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor requirements, and legal regulations.
