Job Details:

HBL Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join its team in a Compliance role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and an interest in compliance, policies, procedures, and organizational standards.

Candidates with previous experience in compliance will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization in ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance-related records and documentation.
  • Monitor and report compliance-related matters to the relevant team.
  • Assist in reviewing internal processes and identifying areas requiring improvement.
  • Support the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform other compliance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
