HBL Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join its team in a Compliance role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and an interest in compliance, policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
Candidates with previous experience in compliance will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization in ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance-related records and documentation.
- Monitor and report compliance-related matters to the relevant team.
- Assist in reviewing internal processes and identifying areas requiring improvement.
- Support the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform other compliance-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in compliance will be an added advantage.
