Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day banking operations and administrative functions across branch or department teams.
Ensure compliance with Al Baraka Bank’s policies, internal procedures, and SBP regulatory guidelines.
Manage assigned projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute constructive ideas and insights.
Utilize accommodations or assistive technology to perform tasks safely and independently.
Stay updated on Islamic banking industry developments and apply best practices.
Operate banking software systems and standard office applications confidently.
Eligibility criteria
Must hold a valid government-issued disability certificate (SNIC / NADRA PWD card).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
At least 1 year of relevant work or internship experience preferred.
