Key Responsibilities
Financial & Audit

Conduct audits of assigned areas within approved timelines and allocated budget.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control policies.
Process & Systems

Perform audits as per approved audit programs.

Properly execute and document audit tests.

Identify early warning signals, control gaps, and risk exposures.

Assist Team Leader in preparation and finalization of accurate audit reports.

Suggest improvements in governance, risk management, and internal audit procedures.
Service Quality
-
Prepare working papers in accordance with Quality Assurance standards.

Ensure positive review feedback from the Quality Assurance Unit.
Team Coordination
-
Maintain professional relationships with line managers and audit team members.

Support coaching and motivation of junior team members.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Minimum 1–2 years of audit experience (Banking experience preferred)

Professional certifications: ACCA / CMA / CIA (preferred but not mandatory)

BBA / MBA (Finance or Accounting) candidates can also apply

Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management, and banking compliance
