Employment based Empowerment for People with Disabilities

The need for job employment among people with disabilities is not only a matter of equality and rights but also a crucial step towards building inclusive societies that value diversity and the unique contributions of every individual. Employment provides not only financial independence but also boosts self-esteem, fosters social connections, and contributes to a sense of purpose and belonging. Unfortunately, individuals with disabilities often face significant barriers to employment, including physical accessibility challenges, prejudice, and lack of accommodation in the workplace.

This event is organized with coordination of US and Pakistan Alumni Network.
